This film takes Yangzhou Fuchun Tea Pastries as its cultural compass, decoding their unique charm through three dimensions: tracing the millennium-old historical context, unlocking the secrets of intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship, and savoring the poetic culinary aesthetics. Using cinematography as a vessel, it guides audiences through the resplendent galaxy of Canal culture, exploring the temporal corridor from Qianlong-era teahouses to modern intangible cultural heritage workshops. Amidst the delicate philosophy of "one tea, one pastry, one universe," viewers will experience the artisan spirit of Huaiyang cuisine that "refines the essence of the world." Through immersive storytelling, the film showcases the "dragon-like precision of the knife" in pastry making and the harmonious fusion of "wheat melody and tea fragrance," transforming traditional delicacies into both gustatory memories and tangible cultural genes.
